Career Experience

An experienced English Language Instructor dedicated to developing the growth and success of students who are learning English as a second language. In addition to a German major and education minor, a 120 hour TESOL certification has provided me with the skills needed to successfully lead and maintain an ESL classroom.

Why I like being a teacher
|
Teaching allows be to combine my passion for learning with my love of children. I love the opportunity to use cross-curricular themes while teaching. It is always beneficial for a student to grasp more understanding of different subjects. I feel my areas of strength such as writing, grammar, and vocabulary allow for success in a ESL setting.

I am an avid golfer and reader. I am currently working my way through The Guardian's top 50 novels written after 1900.
